1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on B2B Apex, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

Only legally registered companies and their authorized representatives may register. Personal accounts are not permitted.

3. Company Registration
  • You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
  • Each company may register only once. Multiple accounts are prohibited.
  • You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4. Prohibited Activities

The following are prohibited:

  • Posting fake or misleading product or company information
  • Using the platform for illegal activities
  • Harassing other companies via messages or reviews
  • Extracting or copying data without permission
  • Bypassing security measures or accessing admin areas
5. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the products, descriptions, and information you publish. B2B Apex is not liable for damages arising from user-generated content.

6. Voluntary Donations

Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. They grant time-limited privileges (Premium requests, Discount requests, Featured display). Donations are not a paid service but a contribution to the sustainability of the platform.

7. Platform Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

8. Service Changes and Interruptions

B2B Apex may temporarily suspend or restrict the service without prior notice to improve, develop, maintain, or implement security measures. B2B Apex makes its best effort to ensure the sustainability of the platform. However, we cannot guarantee the continuity of the platform due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure, financial difficulties, legal obligations, etc.). In such cases, users will be informed in advance via their accounts.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. Repeated violations may result in permanent bans.

10. Limitation of Liability

B2B Apex acts as a connecting platform. We are not a party to agreements or transactions between companies. We are not liable for disputes, product quality, payment issues, or delivery failures.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

The design, code, and all content (texts, graphics, database structure) are the property of B2B Apex and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Companies retain ownership of the content they submit (product descriptions, logos, images) but grant B2B Apex the right to display, distribute, and use this content on the platform for promotional purposes.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye and the European Union (GDPR). Disputes shall be settled in the courts of Konya.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Registered users will be notified of significant changes via their user panels.
