By registering on B2B Apex, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

Only legally registered companies and their authorized representatives may register. Personal accounts are not permitted.

Users must be at least 18 years old. The platform is not intended for minors.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• Each company may register only once. Multiple accounts are prohibited.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials.

B2B Apex is a platform that facilitates connections and communication between companies. The following rules must be observed during these communications:

• Companies agree not to send spam or harassing messages to other companies they are connected with.
• All information shared (products, prices, stock, contact details, etc.) must be accurate, up-to-date and complete. Sharing misleading or false information is prohibited.
• Companies commit to act with honesty and transparency in their business relationships. Deceptive practices, false statements or malicious commercial activities are strictly prohibited.
• Discrimination based on religion, language, race, gender, skin color, nationality or any personal characteristic, and the use of offensive, degrading or hate speech is strictly prohibited.
• In case of violation of the above rules, the aggrieved company has the right to apply to legal authorities and exercise its legal rights. All legal costs and expenses arising from this process shall be borne by the company that committed the violation.

You are solely responsible for the products, descriptions, and information you publish. B2B Apex is not liable for damages arising from user-generated content.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

B2B Apex may temporarily suspend or restrict the service without prior notice to improve, develop, maintain, or implement security measures. B2B Apex makes its best effort to ensure the sustainability of the platform. However, we cannot guarantee the continuity of the platform due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, users will be informed in advance via their accounts.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. Repeated violations may result in permanent bans.

Upon account termination, your data will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days, except where legal retention obligations apply.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, war, pandemics, or government actions.

B2B Apex is a platform that enables direct commercial relationships between companies. However:

• B2B Apex is not a party to any purchase-sale, supply, agreement or commercial transaction between companies and does not mediate these transactions.
• B2B Apex is not responsible for any profit, loss, profit margin, price difference, exchange rate difference or other financial consequences arising from inter-company trade.
• Companies make all commercial decisions with their own free will and as a result of their independent evaluations. The platform does not guarantee the commercial success or failure of companies.
• Companies are responsible for assessing their own commercial risks and, where necessary, obtaining independent legal, financial or commercial consultancy services.

B2B Apex acts as a connecting platform. We are not a party to agreements or transactions between companies. We are not liable for disputes, product quality, payment issues, or delivery failures.

The design, code, and all content (texts, graphics, database structure) are the property of B2B Apex and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Companies retain ownership of the content they submit (product descriptions, logos, images) but grant B2B Apex the right to display, distribute, and use this content on the platform for promotional purposes.

Contributions are voluntary and non-refundable. They grant time-limited privileges (Premium requests, Discount requests, Featured display). Contributions are not a paid service but a contribution to the sustainability of the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye and the European Union (GDPR). Before resorting to legal action, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation and, where applicable, mediation. Disputes shall be settled in the courts of Konya.

We may update these terms. Registered users will be notified of significant changes via their user panels.
